TRANSFORMERS GENERATIONS IDW - ORION PAX

Here is the new Transformers Generation IDW line being released. Of course the main character will be the autobot leader Optimus Prime but for deluxe size it being called Orion Pax. Nowadays, Hasbro seeing to release in deluxe size character. 

Like we know, previous version of Optimus Prime is called Orion Pax. Orion Pax become Optimus Prime when he got the Matrix emerged with it. Anyway, for IDW line the character came with extra comic book as we can see sealed together in card. Orion Pax come with battle energon axe and blaster canon. The packaging look very nice showed the figure.

The different it seem to be is Orion Pax don't have face plate. Any Optimus Prime character have face plate. The design of it look very nice with clear on chest. Autobot symbol is at the center of the chest. The whole character itself showed quite tough and strong character it is.  

At the back of the card it showed the summary of the caharacter, robot mode with weapons and the vehicle mode the conversion of Orion Pax into semi truck. Well it can be said either semi truck or mini. The vehicle mode quite nice design but not seem to be very obvious strong and tough. Combination blue and red colour like always suit it well.  

In my opinion, the robot mode is more well and nice between the vehicle mode. Anyway, it already becom the hot item here and many collector seem to hunt it. Luckily I also got one for myself.

TRANSFORMERS CUSTOM KREON OPTIMUS PRIME

Kre-O had released new version of kreon. Saw the Custom Kreon of Optimus Prime. Very cool figure and packaging. The packaging showed some of the parts of Optimus Prime consist of 2 helmet / head blue colour and chrome. The chrome so shine look very beautiful.

It said it consit of 41 pieces of parts to form Optimus Prime with it accesories. Wow. . . for small figure about 1 inch had 41 pieces. Quite a lot. It describe also it had 16 combinations can be made out of those pieces.

The best is the chrome helmet and the sword. The face plate still remain the same like G1 mold.

At the back of the packaging showed some of the combinations it have. It looks like OP now have wing to fly hunting and chasing the Decepticon. The add on wing already being applied to OP in several line of transformers before.

Besides OP, other figure such as Bumble Bee, Megatron and a few others also being displayed at back of the card. For those collectors who love to collect lego will sure buy this.

GUNDAM SALE

Just went to Gundam Toy Sale on 10 January 2014. It held at MBSA Hall Seksyen 13 Shah Alam. Beside Gundam there also Tamiya, Hot Wheels and some other collectors stuff being sall.

For those Gundam collectors, there are many type that being sale. Price range from MYR19.00 to MYR999.00 . Wow!!! About MYR1,000.00 for Gundam. But those hardcore / tycoon collector it only small matter.

They also displayed diorama for Gundam figure. Very awesome figure being displayed make any people who see it amaze for a while. Those figure include from range HG, RG, MG, PG and others.

Other items like racing cars also being sale there. There are many type of cars for car lovers. Either the mini, remote control or racing car range there. On the one side corner, there are tracks for racing Tamiya cars. Tamiya cars was famous in late 90’s then stop. Now it coming back and the collectors are increase. The price also from low to high depend on the detailing, speed and functional of the car.

Hot Wheels car also being sale. Well it is price from second party. Saw Batpod being sale MYR25.00 . For hot item that’s the price.  

HOT WHEELS - ALFA ROMEO 8C COMPETIZIONE

One of my new basic Hotwheels collection is Alfa Romeo 8C Competizione. It under HW City line. The car is black with Tampo'd headlights & taillights, dark grey Malaysia base w/PR5's. It has nice silver big sport rim that suit to it body and colour.

The front oval shape grille design quite nice with silver shape like heart in the centre consist of Alfa Romeo logo. Has sporty sport light and the front quite slightly big that show it a tough muscle car.

Front the side the car look aerodynamic and the combination between the black body with silver sport rim make it very sporty. The shape of the car from side look alike one of Batmobile car.

At rear there another Alfa Romeo at the centre of the bonnet with 2 sporty rear light. The rear side quite short to show that it is design for sporty and elegant. 

TRANSFORMERS GENERATIONS RHINOX

9 Januari 2014 . . . During lunch hour I went to the shopping mall near my office. It’s being a while I don’t go there due to work. Well at the toys section for transformers, there is 1 unit of Transformers Generations Rhinox. It is voyager class come with quite nice box. Rhinox is one of the new character being release out under Generations line.

The mold of Rhinox itself similar to tv series Transformers Beast War about 10 years ago. The mold for robot mode is quite nice. The chest is the mouth of the alternate mode showing details of teeth and grooving. The head sculpture also very good reflect the tough and muscle character. With red eyes and quite big chin make Rhinox looks very aggressive. The arms quite big showing the power it have. Only the foot quite small compare to it body.

It comes with twin spinning gatling guns either for blaster for far enemy and grind saw for close battle. Quite impressive gun it has to counter the vicious Decepticons.

For alternate mode it transform into a rhinoceros with big horn. It took the living organic as an alternate mode due to transcan surrounding area on the planet. The planet only have organic creature without any machine. So, it adapt to what surrounding. It quite amazing for a mechanical machine robot to transform into an organic creature. In alternate mode Rhinox depend totally it big horn at the nose as the weapon for destruction.

It being sale for RM 109.90 per unit and there only one left there on shelf. For those collectors who collect beast mode Transformers, it sure one of the hot item to grab.   

HOTWHEELS AT TOY'S R US IKANO POWER CENTER

5 January 2014 just went to Toy's R Us at Ikano Power Center. There are a lot of hotwheels car at the rack to choose. By looking of it make us 'rambang mata'. 2014 new cars there on rack. Like always I tried to find the interesting cars. So many cars to look. 

In the end there are none any that I like. The hot cars already being taken (sapu) by earlier collectors. There's no luck finding any that day :-(  . Nothing to loose, the hunt continue . . . :-)

 

  

NEW YEAR EVE HOTWHEELS HUNTING

31 Dis 3013, went to hunt some hotwheels. Since about 3 weeks I've hold hunting due to busy and not feeling well. 2014 cars already on the shelves so just try my luck what to find.Well, there still luck there. Just saw and grab the Super TH Sandblaster and Mars Rover with black tyres. Those two I don't have it yet. Feeling excited about that.

The Super TH Sandblaster was popular amongs collectors. This is my first Super TH car for 2013. There are a few others Super TH cars being released. Well of course it will be hard to find these day.

There also 2 unit Mystery Machine there at the shelves. Already have it so let other collectors who still looking for it to buy.

So, that's the end of 2013 hunting. 2014 just beginning for new hunt from now. Awesome items there are waiting to be grab. I'm looking forward for that.
